Error 500 after PHP Update

Good evening dear Espo community,

I wanted to update my instance to version 7.2.2. For this it is necessary that I install php 7.4.
My server is still running on 7.0.10. Now when I switch to PHP 7.4 I get the error 500 in Espo. Nothing works anymore.
If I switch back to php 7.3 via a2enmod php7.3, everything works again (except for the CronJobs).
Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Hi ChrisCross,

Try to restart your server, php-fpm and execute php rebuild.php in CLI after the switching PHP version.
