  • Installing in a backoffice folder

    Hello,

It seems Espo is not running if the installation is done in a password protected folder.

When entering the username/password, it shows the error "wrong username/password".

If the password protection of the folder is removed, the same username/password works and you can login into the app.

Any suggestions on how to make it work?

    Thanks.

        alinush,

Try to disable mod_security in Apache.

Disabling mod_security would be a major security risk. Besides, mod_security does not have anything to do with running the app behind a password protected area.
