API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable. - IIS

Evening All,

I'm a little rusty after some time away from my IIS Server decided to get ESPO setup and running again.

Version: 6.1.10
OS: Windows Server 2019 v1809
IIS
PHP: 7.3.7
MYSQL: 8.0.18


API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable.

Possible problem: disabled "URL Rewrite". Please check and enable "URL Rewrite" Module in IIS server


Mime types all set, URL rewrite installed, all working - but I can't proceed past this error.
