Upgrade 6.0.10, somethings goes wrong

Hi,
espocrm a love-hate relationship ... several problems

1) I wanted to upgrade to 6.0.10 using the CLI. Unfortunately did not work, the current version is still 5.9.4 (image 1)
Now when I open espocrm in the browser I get a white page. The log file gives me the following error message (image 2)

2) I uploaded my backup and found that all the images I had in the entities are corrupted.

How do I solve both problems now? thanks
