Auth Error when trying to install

I had a customized espo crm somewhere online, then I had to move the db to localhost xampp and run this espocrm locally, I changed the DB settings, so if I enabled installation, testing of connection succeed, and then checking the requirements succeed for all, but when I click install, I get an error of unauthorized 401 wrong username and password (in the console).
I changed the siteurl to localhost, but what should the passwordSalt be? should It be changed? and how??

If I was using Xampp in a server should I do any changes for the settings??

Also, there is no step to set up administration username and password?

Please, help me find a solution.
