      Hi there,
      What is your DB type and DB version. Do you use MariaDB? Please check here which version is required https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...-configuration.

        lol, can you try to install it in English?

        I have feeling that it probably wasn't translated in your language. And that "6" might have mean "wrong password" or "we can't log in"

          I have already reported this issue to the EspoCRM team.
          In English the message says "Your MariaDB version is not supported by EspoCRM, please update to MariaDB 10.1 at least"

          Problem solved then.

          McBrumm you just have to update your Database software, if you can't then you have to use outdated version or change host/server.

              To be honest you are on your own if you show screenshot in other language than English. Most people won't be able to read the error message and most won't bother using a translator to read what it say.

              Lastly, I'm not quite sure how to get pass the error if the error is related to database version, PHP will just change the PHP version but for most database it is just one version that is usually install.

                  This is actual php.ini settings:

                  max_execution_time = 180
                  max_input_time = 180
                  memory_limit = 256M
                  post_max_size = 50M
                  upload_max_filesize = 50M

                  Also check your PHP Version and show the screenshots.

                            Isn't that because of your Database version? Newer version (I think after v5.8) require higher database version

                            Most likely it is either call MariaDB or MySQL in your server's Control Panel, it might be named "Database" in some control panel.

                            Are you using a server provider? Or hosting it yourself?
