Huge Performance Issues after upgrade to 6.1.2

Dear Community,

i hope someone could help or has similiar problems like we have.

After upgrading from 6.0.9 -> 6.0.10 and then to 6.1.2 (via cli) we are experiencing huge load peaks on the server (like we never had before, without changing workflow or anything else than the upgrade of Espo).
Especially the mail inbox and the leads are taking 6-20sec to load.

I did the command line rebuild, optimized MariaDB but nothing made a change in this behavior.

Server Environment:

Debian Buster 4.19.0-13-amd64
Apache 2.4.38
PHP 7.4.14
MariaDB 10.3.27
