Login panel not loading?

We have been using EspoCRM for many years and over 50 users but one user is suddenly receiving the attached screen (you will note that we already advised them to try incognito mode)
Only affecting one user.
Sent them to a different espo installation (not related) and login screen appears normally.
Any ideas??

Sorry - should add that I can login as this user from my computer so I do not believe it has anything to do with https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/bug-...-after-sign-in which we experienced before. I have downloaded and checked the config.php file and everything appears normal.

I have solved this issue. Turned out to be internet speed issue with user with server returning error 522.
