After deploy to new server cannot edit entity fields - IO error

I've deployed ESPO CRM to server, I can login, add new records etc, but in case try to edit/delete any field in Entity manager it is just hanging with "saving" popup and in proxy request failed with "IO: Stream reset by SERVER with error code INTERNAL_ERROR (0x2)"
If try to rebuild - 500 error

Check server error and EspoCRM log as well.

There is no errors in EspoCRM log, debugging with proxy discovered that saving changes goes to error 403 "The website's configuration prevents you from accessing this page."
