Error 404: Not Found on change system settings or change user name

Hi All,

I am new to EspoCRM and just made a new install in a Debian ISPconfig server apache2.
It looks good but I get this error.
In the logs I could find: "METHOD_OTHER /api/v1/Settings HTTP/1.1" 404
It would be appreciated if You could push me in some direction.

The error is related to some kind of routing issue (networking). I installed an SSL certificate so the traffic is encrypted for the router, and everything is working fine.
