How Do I Upgrade Espo From 8.3.6 to 10.0.3?

I have installed Espo at a hosting provider using Softaculous. Softaculous does not offer me the ability to update using their software so I would have to do it myself. Therefore I have not done an update quite a while.

Can anyone point me in the right direction so I can do the upgrade?

Before every upgrade scenario, it's important to make sure that you have a backup performed.

Then, simply follow the documentation guidance depending on SSH access (if you have SSH access, it's recommended to perform the upgrade via CLI; otherwise, the Administration > Upgrade panel should be used) and method of Espo installation (Docker or installation package).
