Install on IONOS: API Error: EspoCRM API is unavailable

Hello all,

I am on a share (not dedicated server) and as such have no access to Apache. (error in photo)

I cannot change the Apache settings. I have read that I can add something to my .htaccess file (located in my espo directory), but that crashes the install completely with an error500

Any ideas on what to do ?
