Cant create or save contacts, accounts or leads error 500

    Hello Guys,
I just wanted to post this issue in case anyone else has the same issue.
I am using espocrm V8.4 and after installing latest VOIP official extension with no errors during installation, i am not longer able to save or create any record to contacts, accounts and leads, so i have to uninstall VOIP latest version as today to get back working.
I think IMHO, the extension should not be allowed to be installed unless it's fully compatible to avoid this type of issues.
    thanks

    Hi shootify,

    - Enable Debug mode: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#debug-mode.
    - Reproduce the error.
    - Provide part of the log with this error. EspoCRM log files are located in {ESPO_ROOT}/data/logs/ directory. Most errors are logger there.

The fact is that without a log, it is unlikely that anyone will be able to help you, since it is not known what exactly the problem is. Also, maybe you had some customizations? Before installing VoIP v2+ you need "Important: For customers with code customization. Major core changes have been implemented since v2. Please review your code prior to production installation."

I hit the exact same 500 error after the VOIP update and was driving myself crazy trying to fix the server permissions. Uninstalling it for now seems to be the only way.

For anyone experiencing a similar issue with the compatibility of EspoCRM v8.4 and the VoIP Integration extension, I'd like to clarify that to resolve the issue, you should install the latest version of the extension from the customer portal (version 2.6.6 at the time of writing).
