    Upgraded from 7.2.7 to 8.4.2. But CRM is not working.

    Hi,

    I have upgraded my instance from version 7.2.7 to 8.4.2. However, the CRM is not functioning properly. None of the Entities are opening, although Entity & Layout Manager are seems to be working fine. But Users and Workflows are also not opening. What could be causing this issue? I am not receiving any error notifications also.

    Please assist with this query.

    Hi Ashif Malayil,

    Please tell me what you mean by the word "modules"? Entities do not open or extensions functionality does not work?

    Errors can also be viewed in addition to the {ESPO_DIR}/data/logs folder in the browser console (press the F12 key on the keyboard).

      Hi, lazovic,

      I’m referring to Entities only. None of them are opening. For example, when I click "Opportunities" from the navbar, the URL changes to http://[IP]/#Opportunity, but the dashboard page remains unchanged. When I open it in a new tab, the page is blank. Other features like Entity Manager and layout manager are opening. But Users and Workflows are not.

      In data/logs no errors are coming corresponding to this neither in the browser console.

        If the pages do not open successfully, more information should definitely be logged either in the EspoCRM instance logs, or in the server logs, or in the browser console.

        In addition to checking the server logs, can you please also check whether the rebuild of your instance is working properly?

          Rebuild is working fine in both the back-end and GUI.

          Below is the only log which i'm getting right now:

            - Try uninstalling and removing absolutely all extensions from Administration > Extensions. This especially applies to the Google Integration extension (in this case).
            - Then do a Hard Rebuild: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat.../#hard-rebuild.
            - If the situation does not change, at least you will be sure that the problem is not with the extensions.
