After the update to 8.4.2, all labels across our CRM are replaced with the field name. So the name without the spaces. All layouts now show the name instead of the formatted labels.

I've no idea. Many users have upgraded to 8.4 by now. Nobody have yet reported this.If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks. -
I've seen this, it is a temporary state, if you rebuild and refresh it should go back to your labels, not a dev but i think the call to load the labels can get missed maybe and so you end up with- duedate OR assigneduser (lowercase, no spaces)
- instead of Due Date OR Assigned User
Is that what's happening?
I experience mostly on my test instances, so maybe a performance issue on the server
