  • Error 413

I am having issues uploading any file above 1mb, new to this, checked all settings, and my System Requirements has all ticks green.
Unsure what setting i am missing to get to upload PDF files of greater than 1 mb... need files upto 50mb to be uploaded.

    Hello Thorsten
are you sure that your server allows for uploading files bigger than 1mb? You can find these two params in system requirements. Can you give us their values?

        Hi,

usually this happens if the file size exceed the iops limit given by your hosting.

to fix this change the Upload Chunk size (#Admin/settings) to 1 and then it should work.

Tried that also - still giving me this error.
Files under 1mb upload fine - but nothing greater than 1mb.

Can you try to lower the chunk size to 0.5?

Thank you... that did the trick.. started uploading instantly.
note - it did round up though inside the input field to 1, 0.5 did not stay.

Can mark this as solved.. thank you. Enjoying this platform a lot already....

I tried 0.5 in the demo and it worked, you have to use dot Not comma.

you should check your php configuration to see if there’s something wrong there (check if you have different configuration for cli etc)

but I am glad that you were able to solve the issue
