The same problem ever:
"Es ist ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten"
All inputs are correct and permissions ok, tried localhost and localhost:3306
the Server say:

1. Are you using apache? Could you please post the webserver configuration? E.g., configuration files.
2. Are you able to access the database using the username and password in the screenshot from a command line or tool such as mysql workbench?
