Emails in STREAM of Case detail view

Hello altogether.

We're wondering if it's possible to change something in the stream of the case detail view. In the stream are also the emails listed, this is good. But we would prefer if only the short record is listed, like in the account view. Here an example to show what I mean:

Account view:

Email received from Testclient, related to case XXXXXXXXXX
[#4682] EXAMPLE CASE

CASE VIEW:

Email received from Testclient
[#4682] EXAMPLE CASE

Hello company,
this is a test mail to show the text of an email

You see, in the case view there is also some lines of the email text shown, in the account view not. We would prefer that in the case view no textiles are shown like in the account view. Is there a possibility to change this?
