    Keep Fetched Emails Unread is configured in Group Email Accounts (Figure 1) and shared with the eigyou group (Figure 2).
    When I log in as an admin user, the emails are marked as unread (Figure 3).
    However, when logging in as a Personal Accounts user, all emails are automatically marked as read (Figure 4).
    How can I adjust the settings to ensure that emails accessed by Personal Accounts users remain marked as unread?

    Hi there, that setting is "Unread" is for your Email Server, it got nothing to do with marking your EspoCRM email as read/unread.
