Real Time Field Validation

Has anyone successfully performed real-time field validation once a user clicks out of a field? If so I'd love to know how you were able to make it work. Thank you!

Maybe you meant Administration > Entity Manager > Your_entity_name > Edit > Optimistic concurrency control?
