    Assign a specific team when system has created new case

    Hi,

    Is it possible to assign a specific team when the system has created the new case from email to case?
    I’m trying with BPM and workflow, but it doesn’t work.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi concept,

    Could you first tell me why the built-in functionality is not suitable for you, where you can select a team that will be in the list of teams for the created case?

      hello @lazovic ​ , thanks for the answer.
      I can’t do the direct assignment ONLY to the team because it requires the assigned user as mandatory field, so I was trying to use BPM and workflow, as well as the formula but with zero results.​

        I just tested this functionality by checking the Required checkbox for the Assigned User field.
        When I receive the email, a case is created with the team I selected in the settings and an empty assigned user.

          hello,
          thanks for the answer and sorry if I answer just now but I found that those settings did not work for me because my custom module had an error in the source code. Now everything is working properly.
