Disable "All" Folder in E-Mail overview

how can I disable only the "all" folder in the E-Mail overview?

You can grant or deny access to Personal or Group Email Accounts, but you cannot remove the All folder from the Detail view (which is not editable).
That is, you simply grant or deny access to mailboxes in advance without the ability to Edit system folders.

thanks for your reply.
That was a good hint. We are now rebuilding our team/email account structure so that users will only see the team or personal emails.

You need to configure access to Email scope, not to email accounts.

Users will see emails fetched through their personal email accounts. Users may see or not see emails fetched through group email accounts.

If the 'read' access level for Emails is set to All, users will be able to see any email. You need to set Teams or Own.
