Workflows Record Update Help

Hello,

I create an automatic record in my 'References' entity using workflows as shown in the picture. If there is a record with the same dosyaNo field value, it does not open a new record. So far, so good.

However, if there is a record with the same dosyaNo field value, I want it to update its fields. How can I do this? Thank you very much.

you can create another workflow and check if the condition is through then use formula script to find and update the record. Or use BPMN to manage both scenarios in one flowchart.
