Is there a way to send many emails at once without a campaign/mass email/tagret list?

Hi!
What would be the best approach to send an email to selected contacts from the list view(?) with a selected template to make them all receive 1 email, or bcc with others

1. In Administration > Entity Manager > Contact > Fields, create a field with type Boolean called Send email (screenshot 1).
2. Add this field in Administration > Entity Manager > Contact > Layouts > Mass Update (screenshot 2).
3. Create a workflow as shown in screenshot 3.
4. In the list of contacts, select the ones you need (at least all at once) and by updating the Send email field, you will send a letter to the desired addressees (screenshot 4).
