We are looking for an easy way to manage which portal's users are notified when we create and update a CRM ticket (case).
We think about using the followers management of a case to reach this goal, but it only sends notifications when the stream is updated, not when the ticket is created. It could probably work if we could add followers when we create the ticket, as the creation of the ticket is recorded in the stream, but it seems that, at now, espocrm does not allow to manage followers in the creation form.
Does anyone would have a solution to do it (without using the workflow extension) ?
