    Email All Box

    Hi
    My Espocrm is now loooking good. I have one issue I can't sort out. After a few goes ast setting up othe emails, all the user eails are being bought over as hoped. My issu is in my admin account the mail box All show emails from other users. I cannot work out how I am linled to them. I am not following anybody and they are not assigned to me.

    Is there somehting I have overlooked - My admon ROLE is flagged as Email Own Own Own

    Most likely, you are an admin who sees everything and has access to Administration. Sorting emails is quite simple using Search Filters located in Administration > Entity Manager > Email > Layouts Search Filters. And if you need emails from a specific Personal or Group Email Account, then just configure the filter for it.

      Thank you for such an informative response.
      IN fact I am logged in as admin, i logged in as a user and i did NOT see everyones emails. Thanks, It is a bit confusing when you have set all admin->emails to own.

        Need to be Personal Email, or a Team view access. Or a Group Email which the team have access to.

        Sorta confusing and I don't even use it often.
