How to customize record list text style

Is there a way to custom the record list text based on value condition?
I need to make the color text become red when the value is negative.

I think the only way is to create WYSIWYG where you will mirror the value of the text field and then style it in the formula according to the conditions.

you can create a custom view for the field and check if value if negative then display as red.
