Is there a way to create a Billing Transactions without the reports add-on? a simple one will do.

what do you mean by without the reports add-on ? do you mean advanced pack ?

You can create as many custom entities as you want without the advanced pack (advanced pack is an extension developed by the team which allow you to build report and automate the whole CRM using workflows and BPMN - which we love so much )

Ues rabii, i eant a tutorial without using the advanced pack, just auto calculating the bill difference between the amount paid and total price.
