I turn on option "Email Open Tracking".
How to list email addresses that have not been opened?

I think you will see if email was opened only if it was a mass email under the campaigns, used for group email addresses only, I might be wrong

Yes, I use it in campaigns. I can see how many percent of the email has been opened, but I can't see which contacts have opened the email.

it is difficult to check not opened hence there is no condition that can apply to such case, email was not opened because it was not delivered (bounced emails already exist in the stats) or was not opened because simply recipient didn't open the email.

you can, just go to your campaign

oh, probably you had a typo, you mean "NOT" opened, sorry, that probably would require some custom flow
