HI there guys, id like to ask if is possible to duplicate an article, or create a template and have duplicate it as needed. is that possible? if so, how. thanks a lot.

You wont believe, but it wasnt showing that before.

Perhaps you tried to find a similar functionality not from the "Detail" view. For example, in the "List" view, you selected the desired record with a checkmark and wanted to see this functionality in the drop-down menu. Or you may have used the outdated EspoCRM. I have been working with Espo for about a year, and this functionality has been present all this time.
