    Need to assign portal user permission to specific knowledge base category or article

    Hello guys, me again
    I came across of situation that i need to be able to assign knowledge base categories or articles to a specific portal user. any help will be highly appreciate it.

    In Knowledge Base and Knowledge Base Categories, only Read is allowed for the Portal Role (screenshot 1). Therefore, it is advisable to use some other entity, where users will have the right to Edit.

    If this is not enough, you can set up a Relationship between this new Entity and the Knowledge Base and use formulas or workflow to make changes in the Knowledge Base. That is, the new Entity will be a draft for a certain Portal Role.​

      hi, I dont need them to edit, all i need is read permissions for accounts.
