My emails are not going to my CRM. I can send out and I receive the replies to my regular email client, but they wont send over to my crm where I can view them. Any thoughts?

You must have a Personal Email Account or/and a Group Email Account set up. You can read more about this in: https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/emails/.
