Multi-User option for EspoCRM

Hello All, I looking for a CRM that can use multiple groups, so my staff users can create another users (companies) and they can manage their own users (company-staff, brokers, agents), and super-admin can see it from one grid. It like Saas but on one installation, is it possible to use EspoCRM for this? Thank you.
