Question about email campaign.

Hello everyone. Recently I start a campaign. I noticed that I got 0 bounced but there are several Undelivered Mail Returned. You can see in my screenshot. I thought Undelivered Mail will be counted as bounced. Can anyone explain me this please ?

One more curiosity I have, Can I see "Opened, Clicked, Opted Out" in a single email just like I can see on a campaign ? I mean without creating a campaign sending from a lead.

Reading the documents here it say this:

I'm guessing it track by some sort of Header or formatted bounce email? There is also this Group-Email requirement as well.

You need to enable VERP (if your SMTP supports it) for better bounce handling. https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/...mail/#settings
