The parameter "team" in roles does NOT work

I created a "Sales" group. 5 employees have been added to the group. Created the "Seller" role, with the following parameters - "Leads" tab:
    create-yes
    reading-own
    edit-own
    delete - own
    stream - own

Now I have appointed one of the workers as the main one, created the “Teamleader” role with the following parameters:
    create – yes
    read – team
    edit – team

    delete – team
    stream – team

an employee with the role of "Teamleader" does not see the leads of his wards. Team parameter, it doesn't work, how to enable it?

    Hi coca22052022,

In order for the Team functionality to work, it is necessary:
    1. That this Team includes a Role or several Roles that are endowed with certain permissions.
    2. That this Team should be specified in each Record of the necessary Entity, for example, Lead.

Based on your example, it is necessary that the User with the Teamleader Role is part of the Team Sales Department (screenshot 1). In this case, this User will see and edit every Lead in which Team Sales Department is indicated (screenshot 2).
