  • Creating Follow-up Calls for Existing Calls in EspoCRM v7.4.3

    Hello EspoCRM community,

    I'm currently using the self-hosted EspoCRM version 7.4.3, and I'm having trouble finding an option to create a follow-up call for an existing call. In earlier versions, I recall there was a 'Follow-up' section in the 'Call Details' form, which allowed me to create a follow-up call easily.

    However, in version 7.4.3, I cannot find this option. Has the process changed in this version, or is there a setting I need to enable to access this feature?

    I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to create follow-up calls in the current version of EspoCRM. Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi sridharj,

    Please tell me, what VoIP Integration version do you use?
    Also provide screenshots and EspoCRM error log to investigate this issue in more detail.
