Link to accept or decline in the email(BPM)

Is it possible to include a link to accept or reject the User Process Task in the email template?

yes it is possible to be done. you can generate two variables for accept and decline in a script task and then create your user process task and send email including links to accept or decline and based on the click of one of the links then you can direct the flow as you wish. check this out https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ls/#unique-url
