Espo System creates an attachment over and over until server fills up

    Hi,

In our Espo System creates an attachment over and over until it almost has eaten up the server's disk space.
    Please see screenshot.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards,

    Hi,

    Anything in Espo log ?
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

      Hi,

No not really. I mean there are some errors but not related to attachments. I can not see anything unusual.
      My log level is "DEBUG".
I was first trying to find it in Action History but I could not see it there either.
      Any idea howto troubleshoot this?

      Regards,
      Balazs

Do you have any idea where this file came from? Is it from some email? If yes, then need to figure out from what email account.

Do a search for PDF filename.
Do a search using your mail's web browser view
Do a search using another Software/App (outlook, Thunderbird, mobile phone app). See if you can track this is email.

If convenient and safe to do these: disable the CRON that do email refresh. Track down this email first then continue.

Hi I was mass deleting them in administration->attachments for some days until it stopped happening.
              Thank you.
