No users are displayed in the target lists 7.2.4

Hello together,

In the target lists, contacts, organisations and users are displayed.

For a non-admin user, however, no users are displayed that are created in the target list.

I have already tried all with the role rights, but I can't find a solution.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is or what else needs to be set.

Please keep in mind that in order for a user to see other users in Target Lists and other entities, his role must be configured for the User entity as follows, as in the screenshot:

I have an IT support role and I have configured this role exactly like this. The role is assigned to team 71_AG_IT_Support.

However, members of team 71_AG_IT_Support do not see the users.

enabling contacts and organizations in the Role will not resolve the issue? please try it

Please, being logged in as an administrator, go to the profile of any user who does not see other users in the Target List, click on the Access button in this profile (above the User Name field) and scroll to the Users line. Take a screenshot of this line.

It may be that Roles and Teams are somewhere overlapping each other, and users simply do not really have access to view other users.
