  • How to use Multiple Emails Account for sending Email >

    Hello Team, I Have multiple Users and Multiple Teams and every Teams Departments and Employee have their own email account. I had setup Personal Emails and Group Email. I can receive Email in my system ,. But i want to send Emails from diffrent Email . ( outbound Emails ) . Please Guide me how can i do that

    you can set up multiple email account per user and then on the user profile add these email addresses to his profile. once these email accounts are assigned to that user he will be able to choose which email address to send the email from. same applies to group email accounts and just need to give right permission to the users and they will have access to those email accounts. read this https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/emails/ and https://docs.espocrm.com/administration/emails/
