    BPM: Howto assign user task in a Multi-instance sub-process?

    I am unfortunately somehow on the hose:
    I read multi-instance-sub-process in the docs but don't get how in a multi-instance-sub-process I can set the assignee for a user task (review) from the $inputItem.
    In the user task I don't have the variables to select from and in a script task I don't get how to set the user task assignee to $inputItem

    Any help is welcome

    Actually found it:
    Instead of a "script task" I need to create a "task" where I have access to "Update Process Record"
    so I set:
    assignedUserId=$inputItem

    and in a following user task I could select "User assigned to Process" for Assignment .

    Thanks for reading

      I honestly still not anywhere close to understand how the multi-instance-sub-process works. i hope they will provide an example as it will help to understand how to use it.
