form field in a PDF template

Hello,
does anyone have an idea how to include a form field in a PDF template?
It should be a field that you fill manually in the PDF file and then print the PDF file.

Don't think it possible with the current EspoCRM & TCPDF, initially I thought it impossible at all but it seem like it is possible with TCPDF, they do support it:

If you can code (or hire someone) you can probably add the "helper" to do this.
