How to create document folder?

I do not find a way to create a folder as admin.

Just go to documents and you can manage folders from there. see attached screenshot.

what do you mean by virtual. document category/folders is an entity has holds documents under folders.

Is this only a virtual structure, which is mapped via the database, for example, or are the folders really created and the files stored in them?
