  • Multiple Outbound Emails

    Hi,

Is there a possibility to add more email addresses as outbound emails?

We have several teams and each team has a dedicated email address (ex: marketing, sales). But, when a team receives an email at their dedicated email address (sales), when hitting reply the sending email address is the default one set in outbound emails, not the one set for their team.

Is there a way to add multiple outbound emails or just deleting the default one will fix this?

    Thank you!

No you can't add multiple outbound emails. but i think in your use case you could use Group email account check this out https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...email-accounts
you can create an email for each of your teams and grant them required access.

Thanks for the reply. It works if a member is part only of 1 team, but if the user is part of 2 teams, then when hitting reply it sends the email from the first email address, not from the one the client first sent the email. Ex.: client send email to sales guy, but sales guy is also in marketing team. When sales guy hits reply, the email will be sent from marketing team.

      Any workaround?

        i found this coming o version 7.3 https://github.com/espocrm/espocrm/issues/2522

you may add a feature request to have same logic applied to group emails. otherwise you could check this code on this issue and try to apply it to group email accounts.
