You can try drip campaign but adjust it based on your need, so once the lead has subscribed then send them a welcome email and stop flowchart. see https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...mail-campaign/

Is there a way to send a simple email to a lead captured by web-to-lead such as "You have successfully registered ..."?
"Double opt in" would send an email, but will contain an opt-in link, which we would like to avoid.
