  • Can't compose Email from my CRM

    I have this problem with composing emails from my CRM. How can I fix this?

    Hello, first place to look is always log file in data/logs. Mostly there are some hints. If not, post here more information: version, hosting etc.

      Hi fioreid,

      It looks like you checked the Use an external email client checkbox in your user's Preferences (click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your instance and select Preferences from the drop-down menu).

      When you uncheck this box, you will be able to compose email directly from EspoCRM.

      What to provide in a bug report: It may be helpful to know if there are any errors logged: in the Espo log in data/logs directory; in the web server error log; in the browser console (F12 key).
