[Forum] Enable breadcumb links to Section

Issue: Can't go upper level easily

Reproduce: Open a thread a new in tab. Try to go to upper level/section.

I remember old version of the forum we can go back to the Main section/Directory, but now it is not possible anymore. Did I remember it wrong?

An example below, there should be a link which say, "Feature Requests" > Dynamic attachments for email templates.

I agree, it would make the forum much more easier to navigate.
