    Notifications on account changes, or contact changes

    Hi! We were using another CRM. We have a general manager and 4 sales people. Every time you changed some contact information or account information a notification email was send to the 5 of us. Does EspoCRM has that from initial setup? If not, is there any way to implemented?

      You can follow records and also set an auto-follow for entities such as Contacts and Account

          Following records functions will trigger an email to manager with the notification of changes?

              this will trigger an in-app notification.
              You could set up an email with a workflow/formula/hook
