  • Is espocrm paid? I cannot load the product.

Is the espocrm sales module paid?
I downloaded and installed the Opensource version 7.1.11. I cannot load the product.

How can I download the product?

    Thank you

Extensions can be bought from the official website.

The sales module is a paid extension.

Do I have to buy a paid plugin to install products in version 7.2?
When I reviewed the demo, there were products. I downloaded and installed, there are no products.

Without the Product module, crm made no sense to me.

I studied your long hours demo. I wish I had reviewed it without paid add-ons. I wouldn't have wasted that much time.

      It's pretty misleading.

You just needed to read, The demo includes 2 extensions to try them before buying.
You can always make your custom entity if you need a products entity.
        Please, read everything carefully.

You can create a product entity in Entity Manager.

            > I wouldn't have wasted that much time.
            > It's pretty misleading.

I wasted time too, trying to figure out the problem with the Auth Error, waiting for response in my weekend. Nobody will pay me for that

              OK.
Anyway, thank you for your patience in answering.
I am looking for an opensource crm. How can I do crm without installing a product?

              I'm leaving your platform.
I will try other opensource alternatives.
              I wish you success.

If you don't need quotes/invoices but just simple products you can create an entity at Administration > Entity Manager.
