Hello, First of all thank you for CRM Glossary (https://www.espocrm.com/crm-glossary/) it's really cool tool.
But I would like to discuss some terms in it for update, might be someone will find other updates in it that must be tuned up as well.
1. "An Account is an organization or company with which you have business relations." - but if we are dealing with Private persons as well, so it will have also "Account" entity, so in this case I would like to add that "Account" can be "A natural or legal person". Otherwise there are question what to do if we are working in B2C and B2B sectors.
